Who we are
Hornet Grid is a founder-led website studio based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. You can reach us at hello@hornetgrid.com or on WhatsApp, +880 1313-740740.
What we collect
- What you send in the enquiry form: your name, company, email, and anything else you choose to add (phone number, service, budget and your message).
- Basic server logs that our hosting provider keeps for security, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about your project. We don’t sell or share your details, and we won’t add you to a mailing list.
Where it’s kept
Enquiries are emailed to us and also kept on our hosting provider’s servers (hosting.com), so none are lost. Only Hornet Grid reads them.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. All fonts and scripts load from our own server. Your browser remembers only that you’ve seen the opening animation, and only until you close the tab.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to handle your enquiry and any project that follows. Ask us at any time and we’ll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email hello@hornetgrid.com and we’ll reply within one working day.
